The 3rd of February is Feel Good Friday! This Awareness Day has been organised by the Samaritans and aims to raise awareness of stress particularly within the workplace and the effect that stress can have on a persons emotional well being.
We will all experience different degrees of stress in our lives at some point. It is hoped this day will increase awareness of how we can cope with this emotion and any proceeds will go to the Samaritans to help them in providing emotional support to anyone experiencing stress.
