FAQs

What does NCC stand for?

NCC originally stood for the National Consortium of FE (Further Education) Colleges. This brought together the FE Colleges to achieve the best provision. Regular national meetings were attended by both Colleges and Government agencies who funded them. This was very helpful to them both to best deliver training to their students.

For more than 25 years NCC has supplied FE Colleges with learning materials as well as student marketing.

NCC now specialise in online training of a very high quality to students both self-funded, paid for by schools, employers and training providers.

“Excellent NCC”

I have enrolled for a Level 3 course in Child Psychology.
The whole process was managed very efficiently, especially when I made the choice to change my original course selection. First class support from both the sales team and the course team.
I have started the course and have had prompt and helpful feedback from my first assignment.

“Always received help when needed”

I always received help when I had to request it to have open some of my assignments as they wouldn't open. Some of the Module information requires updating as refers to incorrect reference, otherwise all very informatve. Would maybe have liked to be notified of change of Tutor, it was originally Elaine Wood and after summer just changed to Amanda Bradshaw! I have since starting this course changed jobs and no longer work in primary education and would return should I wish to study another area relating to my new job. Many thanks.

“Delighted with the service received”

I am delighted with the service I received from Shaun and Sally. They were extremely efficient and helpful. I would complete another course with NCC because of the service I received. I would like to thank Amanda for her patience with me. I will keep a note of her comments for future reference. Overall it was an enjoyable course and I will if I have time in the future to complete another one. I have my Teaching Assistant course on hold at the minute.
