We do our best to check our prices against competitor websites so you can buy with confidence. NCC Home Learning promises you the lowest internet price available online. However, in the event you find an internet retailer offering the exact course material at a price that is lower than the price offered at NCC Home Learning, we will match that price for up to 7 days following your purchase PLUS give you an additional 5% of the course price. The product must be identical, in stock and available for immediate home delivery.
The Process:
- Find a lower price on one of our competitor websites.
- Send us an email with the subject "price match" to [email protected]
- Please include the following in your email:
- Your name and contact details
- Item(s) you are comparing and the cost of the cheaper product
- URL of the website page that has the course at a lower price and company name
- A screenshot of the cheaper offer (including the date and time visited)
- We will review the details and reply to you via email within three business days
Upon our acceptance of your refund request, please allow 14 days for delivery of your refund which will be credited as a second transaction on your credit or debit card. The time taken for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card statement varies so the amount may not show on your next statement.
Pricematch Guarantee Terms & Conditions:
- Only valid on PI coded courses
- The course material must be identical to the material from NCC Home Learning and must be new (in the same condition). Please note if either material includes any additions to the course e.g. a USB Pen Drive or free gifts, these are excluded from the Price Match. Courses must be 'like for like'.
- The price used to calculate the matching price is the total cost including VAT taxes and shipping.
- The Internet retailer offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock and available for immediate delivery.
- The Internet retailer must be a fully operating business website in the United Kingdom as determined by NCC Home Learning.
- Auction sites do not qualify for the price guarantee, nor do classified ads of a sole entity selling a single item(s) such as a listing seller on Ebay.
- Claims must be received via e-mail within 7 days from purchase date only.
- Limited to one claim per customer in any 90 day time period.
- The pricematch guarantee, unless specified otherwise, cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
- Limited to one of the same item number per customer, e.g. if a bulk purchase is made, only one course will be price matched.
- Does not apply to Internet retailers offering special promotions such as free giveaways, coupon offers, quantity discounts, special orders and/or membership requirements for buyers and/or sellers.
- Shipping costs are to be included when comparing the prices.
- Our Price Guarantee applies to online orders only. Should an Internet retailer have an item at a lower price in a store or in print, they must also have that item online in order to qualify.
- NCC Home Learning must be able to confirm the lower price with reasonable efforts by its staff.
- NCC Home Learning reserves the final right to best determine eligibility for this Price Guarantee.
- Sometimes a retailer will advertise a very low price for a product but have only limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has limited quantities of an item at a particular price, it is not eligible for price matching.
